Mechanical design & Machine design

Rangoli (or) Rangavalli :

Rangoli is an art form from India in which patterns are created on the floor in living rooms or courtyards using materials such as coloured rice, dry flour, coloured sand or flower petals. It is usually made every day morning in front of there home in india. Designs are passed from one generation to the next, keeping both the art form and the tradition alive.

The purpose of rangoli is decoration, and it is thought to bring good luck. Design depictions may also vary as they reflect traditions, folklore and practices that are unique to each area. It is traditionally done by women. Generally, this practice is showcased during occasions such as festivals, auspicious observances, marriage celebrations and other similar milestones and gatherings.

Firstly we think about to make Spidder chack(which can write on board).

Everybody wants to draw beautiful rangoli in front of their house but most of the time ,due to scarcity of time and skill they unable to do so. That's why we want to develop rangoli making machine in make a machine assignment.

But after team discussion, we changes some things from this machine and stikked with Rangoli making machine.

Among of team we distribution responsibilities so Me and Supriya takes the responsibility of Design.

So supriya done the machine design and Pradnya madam gives me one part which is use full for rotating roads.

Firstly i 3D printed the our first object, But After changing the dimensions i thought that i will cut this files in laser cutter and stick it with Chlorofarm.

After the machine design an all we started

Fisrtly we started to make a design in mild still square bar, so we done the welding and all things.

But unfortunately welding went some wrong and its not looking good also.

After a long losting welding we realised that things are going properly and making some small-small drills and all little bit hard.

And also we realize the importance the Digital fabrication.

Then we started working on wood and made one good rectangle shape and made our final design on it.
